Brock Lesnar recapturing the Universal Championship from Seth Rollins wasn’t a particularly pleasant moment for a lot of fans in the WWE Universe, but for Paul Heyman, it must’ve been one of the highlights of 2019.
As such, everything that has happened to Seth Rollins since then has been seen as nothing more than a consequence of his own actions by Paul.
With that in mind, it won’t come as much of a surprise for fans to learn that The Advocate has taken it upon himself to openly mock and tease Seth on social media with still image shots of Brock’s attack on him from Monday Night RAW.
As much as Brock haters hate to admit it, both Lesnar and Heyman are doing a solid job of making the rematch at SummerSlam feel really important.
At the very least it seems to have more hype than the Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns match last year, which actually seemed to deliver pretty well despite many fans thinking it was going to be another flop of a performance from both men.
There’s still a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the future of the Universal Championship, but one thing is for sure: nobody wants to see it being held up for months on end again.
At the very least fans deserve the chance to see a world title match from the superstars of Monday Night RAW on a month to month basis, as opposed to relying on SmackDown Live and the WWE Championship.
