Paul Heyman & Eric Bischoff Considered ‘Major Executives’ In WWE

Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman’s roles as Executive Directors are just getting started. As time goes on it seems that they will have even more power and even though Vince McMahon still needs to sign off on everything that they do, both Bischoff and Heyman are higher on the totem pole than anyone who previously held their roles.

We previously reported that Heyman and Bischoff will be in charge of new merchandise ideas and media relationships. In fact, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that both new Executive Directors are considered “major executives” in WWE now. Because they are responsible with every aspect of their brands.

They are positioned higher than anyone previously in regard to running Raw and Smackdown and are considered major executives in the company responsible for brand management of the respective brands

This is a very exciting time for WWE as they have two great minds positioned to really make a difference on RAW and SmackDown Live. We will just have to wait and see how that influence goes to shape their individual shows as time goes on.
