How Involved Was Eric Bischoff During His First Week On SmackDown

Eric Bischoff is now the Executive Director on SmackDown Live. This big job meant that Bischoff needed to move across the country which took some time, but now it is time to get to work.

Bischoff got going this week while learning the blue brand’s ropes. However, he was at the production meeting and backstage at SmackDown.

Brad Shepard said on Oh, You Didn’t Know that while it will be a slow process to get going, Bischoff was involved in a couple aspects of last night’s show to a degree.

“I was told that Eric would be involved in one or two segments tonight. Obviously, not on TV, but working with them backstage, but you know he’s just not getting into this. He’s just coming back to the company he’s certainly not in charge in all of that which I think anybody would tell you so. It’s gonna take time before he fully integrates and again, initially he’s not going to be in charge of creative and be heavily involved in doing everything from a creative standpoint.”

Only time will tell what SmackDown Live will look like once Eric Bischoff is in his full swing of things. It looks like he is getting things going, but it won’t happen over night.
