Reason For Awkward Segment During RAW Reunion Revealed

The RAW Reunion is now in the past and plenty of fans have their own opinions of the show. It was hard to ignore though that one segment didn’t quite feel right on television between Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns.

Fightful reports that Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe had to stall for time during their segment on Raw this week. It wasn’t quite time for them to cut to commercial yet so they needed to improvise. This contributed to the awkwardness a little bit.

Both Reigns and Joe are professionals so they handled the situation well enough. Therefore, you can only imagine what it would have been like if WWE would have had two people out there who aren’t acclimated to dealing with the live crowd like this.

In the end, the two had a short match that ended cleanly enough that it’s hard to see this feud carrying on for Summerslam. Both Joe and Roman still need Summerslam opponents so it’s also plausible that these two could be battling again in Toronto, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
