WWE’s Plan For Finn Balor’s Demon King Character At Summerslam

Finn Balor looks to be headed on a hiatus after Summerslam. There was a report that he already started his vacation from the company, but that isn’t the case. After all, he is now booked for the Smackville special coming up next week.

With Bray Wyatt appearing out of nowhere on RAW this week a lot of fans were under the impression that those two will throw down in Toronto. While that might be the case, fans won’t be seeing The Fiend vs The Demon as Brad Shepard reports that is not in WWE’s plans.

I’m told the current plan is for Finn Balor to NOT portray the ‘Demon’ character when he loses to Bray Wyatt at #WWE SummerSlam.

It is interesting how WWE is pairing Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor up yet again, but it looks like we still won’t see Balor’s Demon face off against The Eater Of Worlds yet again. It’s not to say that the match will never happen, but WWE apparently has other plans for Summerslam.
