Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley had an explosive angle that kicked off Raw this week that few people will forget. To be fair, most fans will remember Corey Graves yelling: “Holy sh*t” most of all, but it was still a rather dramatic segment
Bobby Lashley was said to have walked away from this angle after arriving at a “hospital” which is apparently no longer a banned word. However, the reports on Braun Strowman were more serious in storyline leading some to believe that he will be out of action even longer to sell the injury.
Perhaps WWE hasn’t updated their advertisement for next week’s Raw or Strowman is just a superhuman character, but Dave Meltzer reports that both Lashley and Strowman are slated to be at Raw next week.
Both Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley are still advertised for TV on Monday and Strowman for the house shows.
This is very interesting that WWE could still have them appear on the show next week after such a big angle this week. They could book them in any number of ways following that dangerous stunt so it makes sense in the storyline, but a lot of people simply wouldn’t have used them.
They could always continue to keep the angle fresh by wishing them the best throughout the show as they continued to do this week. Only time will tell what WWE is going to do next in the Paul Heyman Era of Monday Night Raw. Although it’s important to note that Heyman reportedly had nothing to do with Braun and Bobby’s big angle on Raw this week.
