WWE announced two huge changes for the company with Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman coming aboard as Executive Directors, but it is important to remember that many top WWE Superstars were in Japan when this news broke about their new bosses.
This news didn’t seem to change The Revival’s mission to be top guys where ever they are no matter who is in charge.
This is why Scott Dawson tweeted out how lucky Paul Heyman is to have them on his team. The Revival just defeated The Good Brothers in Tokyo in what was a barn burner of a match and Heyman has a great pair of champs.
My God. Guys, I’m shootin here. We’re the best tag team in the world. Just successfully defend the RAW Tag Team Championships in Tokyo against the Good Brothers in a HELLUVA match. @HeymanHustle, you’re lucky to have us on your team. #FTR #TopGuys
We will have to wait and see how Paul Heyman might advocate for The Revival backstage. They do seem to fit the idea of Top Guys that he would love to push. Hopefully, we see a big difference, but either way, Vince McMahon will still be in charge.
