There are a lot of WWE fans out there who will agree with the following statement: Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows haven’t been used properly ever since they returned to the company.
When they first made their way over from New Japan Pro Wrestling, the expectation was that WWE would be able to ‘handle’ them accordingly, turning them into one of the most exciting tag teams on the main roster.
While they may have had a run with the Raw Tag Team Championships, that isn’t really saying much when you consider some of the other teams that have also held those titles in the last few years.
In response to one of those aforementioned fans that believes The Club have been misused over the last three years or so, Anderson took it upon himself to tell a fun old story.
At this stage it really does seem like the duo are just waiting for their contracts to run out, at which point they’ll probably leave WWE. If they do, then all signs point towards them joining their friends and former colleagues over at All Elite Wrestling.
It seems as if they’d probably fit in pretty well over there, and even if they didn’t, you’d have to imagine they would (at the very least) be given better booking.
For now, all we can do it sit back and soak up the time we have left with them as WWE superstars. From that point on, it seems like all bets are off.
