Former WWE Superstar Debuts For NJPW & Announces G1 Climax

NJPW’s Dominion Event included a surprise debut and another addition to the G1 Climax Tournament with Kenta. Now the former WWE Superstar is not only making his NJPW debut official, but he will get things started in a big way.

Hideo Itami requested his WWE release after not being used to his potential time and time again. He was allowed to leave WWE and now he is in NJPW.

Shibata came out during Dominion and introduced Kenta before confirming that the former Itami will also be in the G1 Climax Tournament. This is the second big G1 Climax announcement of the night as Jon Moxley started the event by saying that he is in the famous round robin tournament as well.

This was a big surprise for the huge G1 Climax Tournament and for NJPW in general as Kenta can really shake things up.
