John Cena Officially Part Of Fast & Furious Franchise

John Cena is popping up in a lot of places, but none of them seem to be a WWE ring recently. It looks like he has another franchise to take on now and he’s replacing The Rock.

Deadline reports that John Cena has been confirmed for the upcoming Fast & The Furious 9 film. His part has not been announced, but it is said to be a badass role.

The Rock is not coming back. This is very interesting as his Hobbs & Shaw film was said to have upset the rest of his Fast Family. After all, that spin-off kept a ninth installment from happening sooner.

It looks like John Cena is in and The Rock is out. We will have to wait and see how this franchise turns out and perhaps this could be the vehicle that might bring The Rock and Cena in the same film eventually, but it’s not happening for Fast 9.
