New NXT Tag Team Champions Crowned At NXT TakeOver: XXV

Vince McMahon raided the War Raiders from NXT and turned them into the Viking Experience and then the Viking Raiders before they disappeared. They were forced to relinquish their NXT Tag Team Titles as they left NXT undefeated.

New champions were crowned at NXT TakeOver: XXL and Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch, Street Profits, Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly), and the Forgotten Sons (Steve Cutler & Wesley Blake) went to war in a ladder match.

The match was going well until Jaxson Ryker (fka Gunner) came out and destroyed everyone except for The Forgotten Sons. Then everyone sprang back and beat him down, but it took six men to do it.

Everyone ended up on the top of two ladders except for the Forgotten Sons because apparently they were forgotten. Suddenly, The Street Profits sprung up and ascended the ladder to capture the titles.

Your NEW NXT Tag Team Champions: The Street Profits. This is very well-deserved because both Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have been in NXT for a very long time.
