Jerry Lawler Could Be Headed To AEW

AEW has a lot of highly-respected people working on screen and behind the scenes. Those highly respected people do not include MJF. Jerry “The King” Lawler has a wealth of knowledge and he could be headed to AEW.

During Starrcast, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler took part in a Q&A. During that session, Jim Ross remarked how he will have to give The King a call once his contract with WWE is up.

For the record, Jerry Lawler might be with WWE for quite a while. He recently revealed that he signed a new two-year deal with WWE and it wasn’t very hard to do either. WWE wants to make sure that they have as many people under contract that they can for this reason.

We will have to wait and see how things pan out, but it wouldn’t be impossible to hear Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler eventually calling a match for a company other than WWE if everything works out.
