Ashley Massaro tragically passed away after an apparent suicide. This is really difficult for her fans and friends to accept, but it is nothing compared to her own daughter Alexa.

Massaro’s passing leaves her daughter in possibly a bad state. She is currently trying to attend college, but without a mother to support her this is going to be very hard for the 19-year-old. This is why a campaign has been launched to help Alexa pay her her education.

WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley spread the word about this fund with a message about Massaro. We are hoping that this campaign is beneficial in helping her out in this time of need. The Mickster also donated $5,000 to the cause.

Massaro’s passing has also brought up another tragic story from her life. A campaign has been launched to make Stephanie McMahon aware of a rape that Massaro endured at the hands of a US Military member while on a WWE trip to the Middle East while supporting the troops.

This educational fund for Massaro’s daughter was started by the Squared Circle Sisters and includes the following description.

We, the Squared Circle Sisters who had the amazing honor of working with Ashley Massaro in the WWE, have come together to honor Ashley’s memory – and to create light and hope in the wake of tragedy. We all knew and loved Ashley and her beautiful spirit. Her smile radiated the entire locker room and arenas everywhere. We also got to know Ashley’s incredible daughter Alexa. As our way to show Lexi she is not alone, we have started this gofundme campaign to unite us all and show Lexi and her family our love. Every dollar raised will go into an official New York State 529 college savings plan (technical schools, vocational schools and career colleges all included) to provide for Lexi’s continued education – which would have made Ashley so happy. We invite you to please watch the video we put together & join us by contributing to the cause. Let’s keep Ashley’s memory alive now and forever!! Ashley, thank you for touching our souls and being you! Lexi, please stay strong and know you can reach out to any of us for support! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! WE LOVE YOU!! – Your Squared Circle Sisters

If you would like to contribute to this fund you can click here. Also, please remember (and this is my past in finance talking here), but any donations would be tax deductible. So please keep that in mind and give what you can.
