Ric Flair Is Recovering After Surgery

Ric Flair had to undergo a scheduled heart surgery, but due to complications it was pushed back to today. Now we have good news to report.

According to TMZ, Ric Flair is out of surgery and in the recovery room. His doctors say that the procedure was a success as well via his wife Wendy Barlow. This is amazing news as Barlow had the following short update to report:

“Doctors said the procedure was a success”

It isn’t clear exactly what Ric Flair needed to have done, but we are very glad that he got through it. Hopefully, he can remain active and not have to go under the knife again for a very long time.

Flair had to pull out of the Starrcast event due to this recent medical situation. It was a big bummer for fans who bought tickets hoping to see Flair and Steamboat recall some of their famous matches, but the Ric Flair Roast was going to be a huge event that is now missing The Nature Boy.
