Vince McMahon Believed To Be ‘Too Open To Suggestion’ With Creative Changes

Vince McMahon runs WWE exactly as he wants to regardless of what people think, but recent reports would indicate that he is frustrating a lot of people backstage.

Triple H is said to be getting frustrated with the creative situation backstage which has led to see a lot of big NXT Superstars being given a far lesser role on the main roster.

Although McMahon is changing things on a regular basis, the issue might not be that he isn’t open to creative input at all. In fact, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that McMahon might be too open to creative ideas.

We’re told that there has been too much input from too many people on the team who haven’t figured out that when you change something in a story, it has a ripple effect on every aspect of the story. He solicits input on so much from so many people that it leads to things being watered down.

If Vince McMahon is accepting more ideas and trying to cater to those suggestions then it could end up changing the overall mood of any creative direction. Sometimes there can be too many cooks and it appears that Vince McMahon is accepting suggestions from too many people according to this report.

WWE’s “watered down” stories could be blamed on this idea. Therefore, if it seems that a Superstar’s direction or influence changes from week to week it just might be because someone else had a suggestion backstage that Vince McMahon tried to take into consideration and it went on to effect other stories.
