Sasha Banks did not return to WWE in time to be announced as a competitor for Money In The Bank. However, there is still time for WWE to change things around.
Brad Shepard reported on Oh, You Didn’t Know that WWE is still trying to work out a way for Banks to get involved in the female Money In The Bank ladder match on May 19th presumably taking Dana Brooke’s spot in the process.
“Last week I reported that Sasha Banks was expected to return on the Money In The Bank go-home show and be a part of that Money In The Bank women’s ladder match. Of course, how she ended up in that match was never specified. You know the participants were announced.”
“In the ever-evolving ‘Sasha Saga’ — say that five times fast — I was told as of Monday that they’re considering having her take out somebody already in the Money In The Bank ladder match on the pay-per-view go-home show and take her place or attack Dana Brooke at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view itself and take her spot. So watch out for that.”
Only time will tell if WWE will be able to work something out with Sasha Banks, but if they can solve their current stalemate situation it seems like WWE has a spot for her on May 19th.
