Andrade and Zelina Vega were moved back to SmackDown Live. At first the Internet Wrestling Community thought that this was a backstage move from Charlotte Flair so she could be closer to Andrade, however, that might not be the case.

PW Insider reports that Fox requested bigger Hispanic stars on SmackDown Live. Therefore, Andrade and Vega were moved back to the blue brand.

The move to bring Andrade and Vega back to Smackdown was made, in part, at the request of FOX as the brand lacked any major Latino stars following the Superstar Shakeup last week and that once the series moves to FOX this October.

It was also reported that there are plans to spotlight Latino Superstars as part of their Spanish language station Fox Deportes. There are a lot more moving pieces around and resources available when it comes to Fox that people might need to consider.

This could be a very wise move on WWE’s part, but it also begs the question why they decided to do the switch back so suddenly when WWE isn’t actually moving SmackDown Live to Fox until October.
