Xavier Woods Makes Amusing Travel Error

Sometimes the world of professional wrestling can be a little bit too serious for our liking – and as such, it can often be important for us to take a step back and look at the lighter side of the business.

Xavier Woods is one of our favourite people to follow on social media, primarily because you never know what he’s going to come out with next. One minute he’s streaming a video game, and the next he’s sticking up for Tyler Breeze and genuinely questioning why we aren’t seeing more of him on WWE television.

He’s always really entertaining, and we’d argue that there are very few guys who have been able to utilise their platform as well as ‘Austin Creed’.

One thing that we love about Austin/Xavier is that he’s honest with his audience, too – as you can see in the above tweet. The former multi-time Tag Team Champion made a mistake with his travel arrangements, which led to him being stuck at the airport for the whole night.

Travel arrangements within WWE have been a source of rampant discussion over the course of the last few years for a variety of reasons. One of those reasons is that some fans are obsessive enough that they somehow manage to track down the location of the superstars, with another being that the ‘independent contractor’ status of these guys and girls means they have to pay for a lot of their own stuff.

But as we said at the top, we don’t want to drag this light-hearted incident down by talking about topics that we’re going to be discussing for a long time to come anyway.
