The WWE Superstar Shake-Up is in full swing and we won’t know who ended up on which brand until the dust settles. In the meantime, we can analyze what happened on Raw last night to help us determine what to expect on SmackDown Live tonight.
Bobby Lashley was involved in the main event match on Raw as AJ Styles made his big debut on the red team to assist Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in winning a 6-man tag team match. Dave Meltzer discussed this contest on Wrestling Observer Radio where he said that it seemed like they were writing Lashley off of Raw.
This could be interesting and might allow The All Mighty to refresh his character if he was switched to SmackDown Live. The biggest question is what might happen to Lio Rush if Lashley does get shaken up to the blue brand.
Only time will tell what Vince McMahon decides to do in the end. Because he can always wake up on Wednesday morning and decide to change everyone back to their original places before announcing a re-do. However, they did leave a pretty big door open for Lashley’s exit from Raw without it damaging any on-going stories for him on the red brand.
