WWE has a lot of former Superstars who are known to pop by every now and then. Some of them aren’t around very often though and this was the case for Taz.

The ECW legend was expected to be around WrestleMania’s activities since he is based in the area. He made a stop by NXT TakeOver: New York where he had a chance to pose with some people who would be great allies or fierce rivals of his if he was still performing.

Pete Dunne might have dropped the WWE United Kingdom Title at NXT TakeOver: New York, but he had a chance to pose with Taz and the rest of British Strong Style for a pretty great photo-op.

PW Insider reports that this is the first time Taz has been backstage in WWE for years. Some fans were hoping that Taz might see a WWE Hall Of Fame induction this year since it would be fitting with the location, but it wasn’t meant to be.

At least everyone looked like they enjoyed each other’s company as Taz posed with his UK mates.
