Dean Ambrose is leaving WWE when his contract is up. This is not a storyline by all reports and is a real thing. How WWE has addressed his departure is incredibly interesting, but we are in the Reality Era so it makes sense in a way.
Seth Rollins recently spoke to WWE’s Cathy Kelley about Dean Ambrose’s eventual exit from WWE. He not only said that it breaks his heart, but he doesn’t quite understand where The Lunatic Fringe is coming from.
“It breaks my heart. I get it. I understand this place can be frustrating. He’s a guy who’s been doing it nonstop for 15, 16, 17 years. Sometimes you just need to step away and take care of yourself. I wish him luck in whatever he wants to do.”
“I know how he feels about his creativity. Sometimes when it pulls him in a different direction, that’s just how he’s gotta be. I never imagined the three of us working anywhere else or not being here at the same time.”

It looks like Ambrose is without a WrestleMania match this year as well. This was something that we saw coming seeing how he has an early morning signing at Axxess on the day of Wrestlemania which is usually a spot reserved for people who aren’t needed for the show of shows.
