Paige Fires Back At Fan Saying She & AJ Lee Were Fired From WWE

Paige recently had a once in a lifetime experience when a movie was made about her family. Fighting With My Family took a lot of Paige’s time and she gladly toured around to make media commitments promoting the film. She has been very busy, but she has remained absent from WWE television.

Paige is still with WWE as we previously reported. WWE just doesn’t have anything for her to do. When one fan said that they heard her and AJ Lee were fired over behavioral issues, Paige fired back in a big way.

AJ never got fired. I still work with WWE and will be there wrestlemania week. Nice try though “ex indie wrestler” you obviously are in the know considering your wrestling status and expertise

This is why people should really check their facts before tweeting, especially if it is something you’re trying to tell Paige about her own career. The first-ever NXT Women’s Champion is still with WWE and hopefully, the company will figure out something for her to do on television soon.

Her contract is said to be up in April so they need to get thinking on that.

Paige was not fired and neither was AJ Lee as Mrs CM Punk simply retired from pro wrestling following her WrestleMania 31 match with Paige where they faced the Bella Twins.
