WWE Has Been Following Indie Wrestler For Years But Not Signed Him Yet

WWE has plenty of people on their radar and some take longer to bring in than others. In the current climate of pro wrestling you never know when someone might get snatched up by a rival company. Still, that hasn’t seemed to encourage WWE to jump on signing Anthony Bowens despite the fact that they have been paying close attention to him.

Sean Sapp reports on Fightful Select that WWE has had their eye on Anthony Bowens for a while and they have actually been in contact with him as well.

In poking around about Anthony Bowens for my long-form feature, a WWE employee told me they’ve been in touch with him and have had their eye on him within the past couple of years.
