Indie wrestling is full of babyfaces and heels in and out of the ring. We recently reported that one indie wrestler helped save the lives of two people after a car accident. Now we have another tale of heroism to report.

WTAJ reports that indie wrestler Manic helped police catch a man at a Denny’s restaurant. This just adds more truth to the statement that you never know what you will see at a Denny’s.

A man named Richard Hart was intoxicated at a Denny’s and was yelling about how he had a knife. That is not a good combination and created cause for concern. Luckily, Manic was around and he helped detain the man who was resisting in a big way.

Now Hart is facing charges of assault and terrorist-like threats and is currently in the Blair County Prison in Hollidaysburg, PA. Manic, real name Nick McCune has quite a story to tell now and those people in the Denny’s were lucky to have him around.
