Baron Corbin Could Be In Line For Huge WWE WrestleMania Match

WWE is getting the wheels in motion in a big way on the road to WrestleMania. The card is coming together and we already know about some big matches. One contest we are aware of is Kurt Angle’s retirement match, but we have no idea who he will be facing yet.

There are a few possibilities of who could face Kurt Angle. We have heard that John Cena is a heavy favorite backstage, but The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that “the storyline guy would be Baron Corbin.”

This makes sense because it was Corbin who ran Angle out of his job as WWE RAW General Manager when Angle was removed from the position. Therefore, Kurt Angle could be looking to get some retribution.

We will have to wait and see, but WrestleMania could be a very big night fro Baron Corbin. Because if WWE went this direction with booking Corbin vs Angle, they very well could be setting The Lone Wolf up for a big win. Angle is a pro and he might want to say goodbye while looking at the lights and putting over a younger talent. This would make much more sense than John Cena in that regard seeing how Big Match John is rarely around any more due to his Hollywood obligations.
