WWE superstar Baron Corbin isn’t happy with how his match against The Shield came to an end last night.
WWE Fastlane marked the final time, according to WWE, that we will see The Shield competing together as a team. Because of this it always felt like an inevitability that they’d go out on top of the mountain, and they did so at the expense of Corbin in Cleveland.
The man himself wasn’t all too pleased with the conclusion of the match, as he continues to slip down the totem pole on Monday Night RAW.
It seems pretty likely that we’re going to see some kind of continuation of this feud as we get get ready for RAW this evening, with some rumours even suggesting that Corbin could wind up facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
After main eventing at the showcase of the immortals for four years in a row you could argue this is a bit of a step down for The Big Dog, but WWE seems intent on pushing him even after backlash from the WWE Universe.
Corbin has been forced into a spot that many fans don’t feel like he suits over the course of the last few months, but WWE certainly still has something there when it comes to his potential. Sure, he may not be a main eventer any time soon, but he was once considered to be one of the most intriguing prospects down in NXT and a lot of people forget about that.
