Good News On Sasha Banks’ Injury Status For WWE Elimination Chamber

Sasha Banks got banged up a couple of weeks ago and WWE didn’t clear her to fully compete this week on RAW. This led to WWE dropping some major hints that her status was in question for Elimination Chamber. However, it looks like The Boss got some good news.

Dave Meltzer discussed on Wrestling Observer Radio how Banks was not fully cleared to work on Monday as we reported, but she did get much better news today.

“Sasha Banks got cleared yesterday, so Monday she was partially cleared so that’s why she was able to take the barricade shot. So that was the deal on Monday and Tuesday she was cleared so she will be in the match and you know, she’s cleared for Sunday.”

This is great news for WWE because they don’t have to figure out what to do in replacing another Elimination Chamber participant. The Boss n Hug Connection is also pretty heavily favored to win that match too. We will have to wait and see what happens, but it looks like Banks finally got a green light.
