Dean Ambrose’s WWE storyline is very much rooted in reality. He did come from humble beginnings in the Cincinnati Ohio area and worked hard at being a pro wrestler until he finally made it to WWE.

While speaking to The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast, Ambrose talked about the first WWF action figured he had as a kid. He only had a couple at first, but he explained that he had methods in getting more.

“We started with our first two signees were Butch and one of the Headshrinkers and we went from there kinda like pogs as a kid, you just started acquiring and I may have been a bit of an innocent thief in my childhood days. KB Toys might have contributed a lot to my roster.”

Dean Ambrose’s days of shoplifting are behind him. For that matter, good luck finding a KB Toys (or a Toys R Us for that matter) to steal from. Ambrose is financially stable enough to afford his own toys, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to go out and scratch that figure itch anytime soon.
