FOX CEO Charlie Collier spoke to the Television Critics Association and there were some very interesting revelations. Fox will be home for WWE SmackDown Live starting in October and this subject was addressed.

SmackDown Live was called a “shared, live viewing experience” which is one way to put it. Plans were confirmed for the show to remain live on Fox as well, but there could be a big catch.

It was reported by Entertainment editor at Gamespot Chris Hayner that it seems like a change is inevitable the due to the fact that WWE throws the week-long events with Axxess for WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and the compan could have even more plans in that regard.

It was also said that WWE will be on FOX live on Friday nights as a “short term plan.” This might give a lot of weight to the idea that if they don’t shape up the ratings then Fox could certainly move it around. That might be real trouble for WWE.
