All Elite Wrestling already has a few people on their roster, but there is always room for more. If they are going to have a television show they are going to need way more people.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that AEW is in the final process of signing a deal with Jungle Boy and a contract has been offered. It is expected to be signed any day, however, there is always the possibility that this offer could bring in more interest.

Jungle Boy is the son of Riverdale and 90210 star Luke Perry and the 21-year-old has been making a lot of waves in the indie wrestling scene for the past few years. It was noted that this was probably someone that Cody Rhodes is bringing in because they previously worked together in APW.

Jungle Boy is scheduled to start an indie wrestling program with Bryan Alvarez as well. Whether that means Jungle Boy will be out of the indie dates he has on the schedule is another matter. AEW is letting a lot of wrestlers continue on the indies and even pursue outside careers while they’re under contract.
