WWE’s NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool ended in a very profound way. Following Pete Dunne’s successful WWE United Kingdom title defense, he celebrated as the Blackpool crowd cheered him on. Then new music started to play, but fans recognized the name they saw on the big screen far too well.
WALTER emerged and walked down to the ring. He looked Pete Dunne in the eyes and stood tall. He didn’t say anything, but his message was quite clear. He didn’t strike Dunne either, however, he did lay out Joe Coffey after entering the ring.
WWE has tried to snag WALTER to a deal for quite some time now. He was quite happy in Germany’s wXw where he was also employed as a trainer. This was a great deal for him that he didn’t want to lose.
WALTER finally signed a deal with WWE and after making his presence known in Blackpool it looks like he’s staking a claim to the WWE United Kingdom title already.
“Arrival,” was WALTER’s only word as he tweeted out a message from WWE promoting his NXT UK debut. It was a simple one-word statement, but WALTER doesn’t need to use words when he can dominate a ring like he is known to do.
Ringside News will provide full spoilers for the next set of NXT UK television tapings. We can’t wait to see what WALTER is going to do next, but hopefully, his entry into the picture at this point in time could set up a huge match for the next NXT UK TakeOver event.
