There is a term “Generation Snowflake” which is used to imply that someone is younger and easily offended. It seems like we do live in a generation of people who are looking for things to complain about. On that note, thank you for visiting Ringside News.
The People’s Champion recently remarked to The Daily Star about Generation Snowflake and the people who belong to that group of people. He said it’s their right to complain, but it doesn’t change the fact that so many people seem to be looking for an outlet to be triggered.
“I don’t have to agree with what somebody thinks, who they vote for, what they voted for, what they think, but I will back their right to say or believe it.”
“That’s democracy.”
“So many good people fought for freedom and equality – but this generation are looking for a reason to be offended.”
It’s right of The Rock to not care who people voted for as long as they keep spending their money at the box office to see his films. The Great One brought in $92 million in Hollywood paychecks last year, therefore, he’s not likely to be taking a side to alienate any fans right now.
However, if you’re going to complain about what The Rock said anyway you can go right ahead. Because it’s your right to believe whatever you wish.
