WWE Not Likely Returning To Madison Square Garden For A Long Time

WWE has a great history with Madison Square Garden often referring to the building as The World’s Most Famous Arena for a reason. Their recent house show did include a couple of nice surprises, but the turnout wasn’t good at all.
In fact, WWE didn’t even announce when their MSG return date would be at the end of the night. This is something that is very untypical.
Mike Johnson noted on PW Insider Elite audio that it will probably be a very long time before WWE returns to MSG. This is likely due to Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling’s sold-out MSG show during WrestleMania weekend.
We will keep you updated if we hear any new developments in this situation, but it might not be a good idea to expect another WWE return to MSG anytime soon.
