The year is coming to a close, and now is the time where awards are being handed out to wrestlers and companies around the world for their various achievements this year. CBS Sports is one of many establishments to announce their awards for this year.
Former SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was revealed as the wrestler of the year- surpassing the likes of Ronda Rousey, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, Johnny Gargano and other award recipients this year. Lynch actually took to her Twitter account to comment on the victory.
