Becky Lynch On Her Interest In Pursuing MMA

Becky Lynch often draws comparisons to Conor McGregor, if anything it is because they both come from the same homeland. You also never know if WWE will find themselves capitalizing on that similarity soon enough.
Despite all of the people who would like to think Notorious and The Man are besties, Lynch revealed on the Ariel Helwani Show that they haven’t even met yet.
Becky Lynch said she hasn’t met Conor McGregor, but she has been a big fan of his work for a long time and is considering training with Coach John Kavanaugh during Christmas. Kavanaugh is also Conor McGregor’s Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach.
The Man said her interest is not with MMA and you need a lot of passion in order to persue that path. Coming from pro wrestling, she understands how much passion she needs in order to successd in WWE and the drive required to make it in that business. Therefore, The Champ will not be trying her hand in Mixed Martial Arts.
Therefore, it’s not likely that we’ll be seeing Becky Lynch fight in the UFC. That doesn’t mean she can’t take some training and exhibit it in WWE in some form or fashion as The Man’s move set grows and she becomes even more dangerous.
