WWE has a lot of people on the roster who could probably leave the company and make a fine living on the indie wrestling scene or elsewhere. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows realize this very well as they themselves left New Japan Pro Wrestling in order to come into WWE in 2016. But the rumor mill has been churning that their contracts could be up soon enough.
Mike Johnson revealed on PW Insider Elite Audio that The Club’s contracts aren’t up as soon as AJ Styles’ but they’re apparently locked into their WWE deals for an even longer period of time.
“There’s a lot of talk about Gallows and Anderson. There’s been some speculation on them but I’m told their deals aren’t up until the Fall of 2019. So you know a lot of them are expecting them to leave.”
Karl Anderson moved his entire family to the USA when he signed with WWE which includes (now) four sons. It would take a lot to uproot him at this point, and he is able to be at home way more now than he was before while working long stints for NJPW. But you never know what either Anderson or Gallows could decide to do because it’s hard to believe that the Good Brothers are 100% happy with how they’ve been used on WWE television.
