Love him or hate him, Hulk Hogan is, by far, one of the most well-known WWE Superstars to have ever existed. Hogan, for many, sought for the American dream and gave hundreds, if not thousands of kids the desire to wrestle and enter the industry.
TMZ Sports caught up with Hogan’s son Nick at the airport, where they asked him if his father would ever officially retire as a wrestler. As it stands, Hogan still steps in the ring occasionally and has teased taking bumps throughout the wrestling world.
Nick explained that his father’s passion for the business continues to thrive, even today. He doesn’t expect his father to step away from what he loves, even if people think now is the time to do so. You can find his comments to TMZ below.
“I don’t think that’s- well, first of all, everyone thinks that is a joke, but he is still over 6′ 5″ and over 300 pounds. He’s just a monster. I mean, he’s strong. He’s just insane. So I don’t know. He always just says he loves it, he loves training, he loves the wrestling business. It runs too deep in his blood. I don’t think he’ll ever quit.”
Hogan’s last appearance on WWE TV was at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, as he hosted the event. While back with WWE again, fans have yet to see Hogan appear on programming created in America since his reinstatement.
