As seen on Sky Bet, the official betting odds for NXT Takeover: WarGames have been revealed.
We’re just a few days away from what is supposed to be one of the biggest pay per views of the year for the WWE, and in turn, will provide us with another edition of the fantastic NXT Takeover series. While the event, WarGames II, is somewhat flying under the radar, it still feels like we’re in for one hell of a show in Los Angeles.
With a four match card you may not think that all too much is going to go down, but all four encounters have the potential to steal the show when NXT invades Staples Center. With that being said, here are the official odds.
NXT Championship – Tommaso Ciampa (1/7 fav), Velveteen Dream (4/1)
NXT Women’s Championship – Shayna Baszler (1/4 fav), Kairi Sane (11/4)
Grudge Match – Aleister Black (8/15 fav), Johnny Gargano (11/8)
WarGames Match – Undisputed Era (2/5 fav), Pete Dunne/Ricochet/War Raiders (7/4)
These NXT Takeover specials tend to be the highlight of the weekend whenever they’re paired up together with a main roster pay per view, but it feels like we should step away from the comparison table for just a moment.
Sure, it’s nice to think about what Raw and SmackDown Live should be doing better, but not everything needs to be a competition. Instead, we should just be focusing on the overwhelming positives associated with NXT as the developmental brand continues to go from strength to strength before the eyes of fans around the world.
