Survivor Series is coming up fast and there is a lot of movement they need to do for the Blue Brand and Red for that matter before the big show in LA. After all, they’ve been crunched for time in a big way recently after the spree of WWE Evolution and WWE Crown Jewel taking place on pretty much the same week — now it’s time for Survivor Series.
Therefore, on SmackDown Live this week Paige announced the 5 females who will be competing for SmackDown Live this year at Survivor Series. Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville, Asuka, and Charlotte Flair will make up the teams.
It’s interesting how Sonya is getting in the match and not Mandy. Also, Charlotte turned down a shot to captain the team last week, so only time will tell if she will eventually change her mind. We’ll just have to wait and see. But for now, it looks like we know who will be representing the women on SmackDown at Survivor Series in a traditional elimination match.
