WWE Still Reportedly Figuring Out Key Survivor Series Match

Survivor Series is a big event being in November because it feeds into the Royal Rumble in January which eventually kicks off the Road To WrestleMania. Therefore, like the month when it becomes socially acceptable to wear Christmas clothes for anyone except Mick Foley, November could be considered the start of the Road To WrestleMania.
Baron Corbin took Kurt Angle’s job and it seems like they are destined to fight eventually.but that kind of match could be reserved for a big stage like WrestleMania. This would especially be the case if Vince McMahon really sees big things in Baron Corbin’s future as we’ve previously mentioned.
Wrestle Votes says that WWE is still putting together the teams for Team Corbin vs Team Angle at Survivor Series. Only time will tell who ends up on what team, but they’re likely to load up with babyfaces on one team while heels are led by The Lone Wolf. This could be an interesting match, especially if the role of Raw GM is on the line.
Survivor Series wasn’t supposed to have a Raw vs SmackDown feel to it but with Reigns’ hiatus from WWE, those plans were obviously changed. Perhaps Team Angle vs Team Corbin being supposedly a Raw-exclusive match might be one of the few plans that didn’t get changed around after Roman’s sad announcement and departure.
