How Most NXT Stars Are Likely To Be Used For WWE Evolution

It seems like WWE has ruffled some feathers with their announcement of the Women’s Battle Royal. Some talent isn’t too excited about it backstage who would have rather received a chance to wrestle in an actual match during the 4-hour pay-per-view.
Mike Johnson noted on PW Insider Elite audio update how he wasn’t a fan of this idea either for the exact same reasons. He also discussed the possibility of having NXT stars in to round out the battle royal as well which could likely be their place on the show.

“I’m assuming we’re going to get some NXT girls tossed into this thing as well. It will kind of be like a reconfigured version of the Women’s Battle Royal at WrestleMania.”

Shayna Baszler is set to face Kairi Sane in an attempt to regain her NXT Women’s Title and we’re not going to spoil the Mae Young Classic finale here. But other than that, it looks like any females from NXT called for Evolution might be playing a role of battle royal participant and nothing else.
