Austin Aries’ Status With Impact Wrestling Is Still A Huge Question

We previously reported via Bryan Alvarez from Wrestling Observer Live that Austin Aries had gone home after the Bound For Glory pay-per-view. There could be much more to this story but we’re likely to know much more once the television tapings come and go. By the way, check RSN for all of those spoilers.
Mike Johnson said on PW Insider Elite audio that Aries was scheduled to be at the television tapings for both days

“Aries is scheduled to be at TV the next 2 nights unless something massive happens at the last second he’ll be at the TV tapings. They will continue this story and we’ll see how it goes.”

Only time will tell what happens in the ongoing developments between Austin Aries and Impact Wrestling, but it seems like we have some conflicting reports. Then again, who this audio could have been recorded before Alvarez’s source told him Aries had gone home and things did change.
