Monday Night Raw is traveling into the City Of Brotherly Love this week for Raw and Philly is always a great city to hold a pro wrestling show. The Philadelphia fans might not always love what’s going on in the ring, but their energy is always entertaining.
PW Insider reports that local Philly advertising is promoting The Shield vs Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre for Raw this week. It’s unknown whether this is going to make air since this match was just seen at the Super Show-Down, but WWE obviously isn’t afraid of repeating matches.
Therefore, you might expect to see Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins face the Dogs Of War once again this week. Hopefully, they will have more intriguing stories going on as WWE builds toward Evolution and the still-scheduled Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
It should be noted that the Wells Fargo Center is currently promoting Raw with the following information which is obviously incorrect since Ziggler is no longer IC Champion and Kevin Owens was taken out of action this week with a knee injury:
“SEE: Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins & Bobby Lashley vs Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler, Constable Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens & Drew McIntyre!
PLUS: Ronda Rousey, RAW General Manager Kurt Angle, RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and all your favorite WWE RAW Superstars live!”
Only time will tell if WWE sticks to these plans, but it seems like fans should get used to the Hounds Of Justice battling the Dogs Of War because we’ve seen it already and we’re likely going to keep getting some more of the same until the storyline warrants a change.
