Ronda Rousey had her first friends turn on her in WWE this week on Raw but it probably won’t be the last time that happens to her. But it set up a match against Nikki Bella for WWE Evolution where Rousey will defend her Raw Women’s Title against John Cena’s ex.
Rousey was approached by TMZ and asked about the Bellas. She didn’t have many nice things to say and was in full-on work mode as she replied calling them “a bunch of untrustworthy b*tches.” She certainly knows how to work the camera. She also said how much she cares about the overall success of the event while revealing that she and Bella will be headlining the show.
“I got ambushed from behind is what you mean. I’m new. I’m new to the industry, I’m trying to make friends and be friendly and show everyone that I’m there to help out and not steal anyone’s thunder or anything like that.”
“I trust Nattie, but to make some lemons out of lemonaid, Nikki Bella, Brie Bella they’re a bunch of untrustworthy b*tches, but we’ve got the first all-women’s pay-per-view coming up for WWE. Me and Nikki are going to be headlining, so you know what? If she wants to be my antagonist that’s fine all I really care about is the success of the pay-per-view.”
It certainly sounds like Nikki Bella has her hands full and might have enraged Rousey in a way she didn’t need to. But in the process of the interview, Rousey revealed that her and Nikki will be the main event of the big show which shouldn’t be surprising. The big surprise might be if Nikki can pull off the big win at Evolution.
