WWE Could Possibly Add Another NXT Match To Evolution Pay-Per-View

NXT is full of hungry talent who are all looking to make a name for themselves in the WWE Universe. Kairi Sane is already booked to defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Shayna Baszler at the big Evolution pay-per-view, but there could be more room on the card for another NXT feud.
Candice LaRae is currently feuding with Lacey Evans in a battle of traditional values vs modern woman. While Evans is a throwback character from another era, Candice and her husband Johnny Gargano have both decided to put having children on the backburner while they focus on their careers in pro wrestling.
Richard Trionfo noted on PW Insider Elite audio that the feud between Evans and LaRae might find itself getting a much bigger spotlight.

“This is when you go black and white vs color. You have the whole 1950’s values with Leave It To Beaver/Happy Days stay-at-home wife caring for the husband and children and Candice being that modern woman who’s forged her own career and has found someone in the same industry that she’s in to form a couple.”
“So you’ve got that old school vs new school mentality and not doing it in a way where you’re sort of sitting there going, ‘okay we’re going to have parodies of both kinds of women and kind of bastardize it.'”
“So we’ll see where they go and if this leads to a match at Evolution, who knows or a couple weeks into the next TV tapings. But it’s also important for both woman to remind us, ‘hey there are other women in the division other than Shayna and Kairi.'”

Only time will tell if WWE books Lacey Evans vs Candice LeRae for Evolution or when they decide to have the two women finally lock horns. But when it does go down there will be plenty worth fighting for between the two.
