Authors Of Pain Gets A New Manager On Raw

Authors Of Pain had a pretty good deal with Paul Ellering in NXT and he led them to the NXT titles. It was very curious why WWE decided to separate AOP from Ellering when they went to the main roster. But all it took was a very small amount of time on the microphone and it was pretty obvious that they needed someone to talk for them.
So instead of pairing them up with Paul Heyman or possibly bringing Ellering to the main roster, WWE decided to have Drake Maverick pull double duty.
Maverick showed up on Raw with AOP attire on and when they got to the ring, he announced that along with being the GM for 205 Live he is also the manager of Authors Of Pain. This not only means that Maverick has to work on Mondays and Tuesdays now, but it also means AOP has a new leader.
It’s a pretty interesting visual to see Maverick in-between AOP, but we still have to wonder what their endgame is.
