Sunny Petitions The Court Saying She’s Being Unfairly Incarcerated

Sunny aka Tammy Lynn Sytch has seen better days, in fact, even her worst days before were probably better than now because she’s currently incarcerated and it looks like she will stay that way.

Sunny was arrested multiple times in a very short period of time for DUI and then she was considered a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania so they took her into custody after New Jersey was able to capture her for failing to appear in court.

Sunny was supposed to have a hearing on August 23rd according to PW Insider. Sunny has taken it a step further and filed a writ of habeas corpus saying that she was being unfairly held behind bars.

At this time there is no real word on what’s going on with her, but she is going to be in jail for the time being at least. This is what so many DUIs will get you, kids.
