Kurt Angle Says He Won’t Be On RAW For A While

The Olympic gold medalist was singled out backstage during tonight’s Monday Night Raw when Stephanie McMahon, Baron Corbin, and Alexa Bliss confronted him about taking advantage of his position as general manager. Stephanie, who got attacked by Ronda Rousey earlier in the night, took her frustrations out on Kurt, and told him that he should take some time off. She would then declare that Corbin would be acting general manager in Kurt’s absence.

Angle posted on Instagram to let us know that he’ll be gone, and that he’s not sure when he will return.

I’m really sorry that I won’t be on Monday Night Raw for a little while. I enjoyed every minute of it with the WWEUniverse. I was told by @stephaniemcmahon that I need a vacation.
