AJ Styles Apologizes To His Family For His Actions At SummerSlam

AJ Styles retained his WWE Championship over Samoa Joe at SummerSlam, but it wasn’t the way he would have liked it to go down in all honesty.

Samoa Joe won the match by DQ. Styles lost his mind in front of his family and a packed Barclays Center. He felt awful about it on the way out of the building and apologized profusely to his wife and daughter saying it wasn’t like him

Only time will tell if this is the last we’ve seen of Styles’ wife, but we’ve seen plenty of real-life family members be brought onto television before in WWE so we could very well be seeing even more out of this storyline. After all, it did end in a DQ. If you add in the fact that AJ Styles and Samoa Joe can probably battle forever, then you’ve got the recipe for a feud that could go a pretty long time.
