Mike Kanellis Says Every Other Intergender Team Is Ripping Them Off

Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis weren’t first paired up on WWE television. The husband/wife team have been a pairing on TNA and NJPW before and toured the indies as well. But if you as Mike, every other male and female pairing out there is just copying him and his wife.

Mike Kanellis recently took part in a Q&A while he was doing cardio and he was asked by one fan asked Mike, “In a Mixed Tag Team Match with Maria, which couple would you face?”

The resident representative of The Power Of Love in WWE responded saying it doesn’t matter because everyone else is just imitations of what he and Maria have been about to do for almost a decade now.

Whether you agree with him or not, it’s hard to deny that Mike and Maria were a pretty good team everywhere else before coming to WWE.
